At Shri Balaji Packers, we are committed to delivering high-quality packaging products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only in cases where items are damaged, defective, or incorrect as per the confirmed order. Customers are requested to inspect the goods at the time of delivery and report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the products. Claims made after this period may not be considered.
To initiate a return or replacement request, customers must provide clear proof such as images or videos of the damaged or incorrect items along with the order details. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or offer a suitable resolution.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after the returned products are received and inspected by our team. The refund amount will be credited through the original mode of payment within a reasonable time frame.
Please note that customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or storage will not be eligible for return or refund.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
